MENTAL HEALTH BOOKLET

This booklet provides an overview of the steps individuals can take to improve their mental health, drawing on the experiences they have had throughout their lives. It outlines simple steps that individuals can take to feel better and become more resilient to the challenges of life. Additionally, it outlines the steps to take when mental health issues arise, such as when they become disruptive to daily life, as well as the information, support, and services available to help individuals manage their mental health.
Finally, there are some tips for being a positive influence on others and supporting them. It is not necessary to be a mental health professional to be a positive influence. Observing others, being inquisitive and being kind can be effective in helping people work through difficult times.
