Andrew is an experienced senior housing professional who has lived in rural Lincolnshire for over 12 years. As a local authority Head of Housing, he is accountable for the strategic priorities and plans for a 4,800 home landlord with over 200 employees, ensuring intelligence-led customer service, achievement of plans and targets and delivering a comprehensive range of services to meet identified needs and aspirations. Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Jean is a retired civil servant who is passionate about social justice and human rights. She currently works part time in Administration and represents clients in tribunal cases. She also volunteers as a listener with the Samaritans. As a Board Member she has a special interest in all things that affect tenants and staff members of Lincs Rural.

Recently retired from a career in banking, where he was responsible in his last role as Branch Manager for Handelsbanken for all lending, customer service, staff development and performance.
Having just completed a BA (Hons) degree course in Business Studies, Michael is now continuing his studies at Lincoln University by working towards his Masters in Governance.
David is the Community Outreach Worker at the New Life Centre in Spilsby. He is experienced in working in management, youth work, mental health and SEN support, debt management and mentoring.
Sally is a Lecturer at the Lincoln International Business School. She has extensive experience working at a Leadership level, including Head of Finance Nottinghamshire Police and Head of Business Partnering Nottinghamshire Police.
Professor Ridley is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of the CIIA. He has extensive knowledge of corporate governance, quality management and practical experience in all forms of auditing practices.
