Lincs Rural has a dedicated team that strive to make a difference for our residents and rural communities. In 2019 the team successfully achieved Investors in People Platinum.

Rachael Fullwood – Chief Executive

Responsible for leading, shaping and developing the organisation, managing operational issues and ensuring that the strategic corporate objectives are translated from policy into practice. Ensuring the strong customer focus through highest quality services for residents coupled with the highest standards of performance in financial management, probity and people management.

 

Michelle Turner – Deputy Chief Executive & Company Secretary

Leadership of the financial team and undertaking the long term strategic planning that safeguards the Association’s assets. Managing the financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.

 

Andy Haime – Head of Operations

Provides support to the Chief Executive through the management of daily operational activities. Assists with the delivery of the corporate strategy objectives and ensuring a customer focused service is given to all residents.

 

Sam Riggall - Executive & Governance Assistant

Provision of efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to meet the needs of the Leadership Team in managing systems and procedures.

 

Lee Hynes – Executive Support

Provides the high quality customer service experience to all residents and stakeholders that make contact with the Association via email, website or telephone each day.

 

Jane Allewell - Executive Support

Provides the high quality customer service experience to all residents and stakeholders that make contact with the Association via email, website or telephone each day.

 

Olivia Apletree - Communications Specialist

Ensures effective communication takes place through a variety of formats, including the management of the website, social media and newsletters.

 

Marji Seidel - Income Manager

Provides the daily finance services such as rent payments and service charges for tenants. Assists the Head of Finance in all areas of finance activities.

 

Helen Sorby - Finance Assistant

Assists with the day to day financial services such as managing the purchase ledger and producing the management accounts. Assists the Head of Finance in all areas of finance activities.

 

Katie Taylor – Resident Engagement Manager

Has responsibility for all of the new lettings and managing the needs and enquiries of existing residents. Providing support and advice on a range of matters including adaptations, safeguarding issues, rents, welfare benefits and household finances.

 

Sam Jarvis - Resident Engagement Assistant

Assists the Resident Engagement Manager, ensuring an efficient and high quality service is delivered to our residents

 

Keyleigh Fountain - Housing Repairs Co-ordinator

Assists the Head of Resident Services with the maintenance of the property portfolio, ensuring an efficient and high quality service is delivered to our residents.

 

Georgie Fieldhouse - Property Maintenance Assistant

Assists the Housing Repairs Co-ordinator with asset inspections, ensuring an efficient and high quality service is delivered to our residents.

 

Terry Jolland – Maintenance Technician

Responsible for the maintenance of the property portfolio, completing a wide range of repairs and maintenance to a high standard.

 

Darren Wilson - Maintenance Technician

Responsible for the maintenance of the property portfolio, completing a wide range of repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
