Responsible for leading, shaping and developing the organisation, managing operational issues and ensuring that the strategic corporate objectives are translated from policy into practice. Leadership of the financial team and undertaking the long term strategic planning that safeguards the Association’s assets. Managing the financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
Provides support to the Chief Executive through the management of daily operational activities. Assists with the delivery of the corporate strategy objectives and ensuring a customer focused service is given to all residents.
Provision of efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to meet the needs of the Leadership Team in managing systems and procedures.
Provides the high quality customer service experience to all residents and stakeholders that make contact with the Association via email, website or telephone each day.

Ensures effective communication takes place through a variety of formats, including the management of the website, social media and newsletters.
Provides the daily finance services such as rent payments and service charges for tenants. Assists the Head of Finance in all areas of finance activities.
Assists with the day to day financial services such as managing the purchase ledger and producing the management accounts. Assists the Head of Finance in all areas of finance activities.
Has responsibility for all of the new lettings and managing the needs and enquiries of existing residents. Providing support and advice on a range of matters including adaptations, safeguarding issues, rents, welfare benefits and household finances.

Assists the Head of Resident Services with the maintenance of the property portfolio, ensuring an efficient and high quality service is delivered to our residents.
Provides administrative support to the Operations Team including Resident Engagement.
