Big Door Knock

The ‘Big Door Knock’ is LRHA’s new initiative where we visit residents to check in, hear your feedback, and ensure your needs are being met. It’s an opportunity to update your information, discuss any additional support required, and address welfare or safeguarding concerns.

What you can expect

  • A team member will contact you to arrange a suitable time and date to visit.
  • Updates will also be available on our website, Facebook, and circulated by email.
  • The visits will take place over the upcoming summer months; we aim to have the campaign completed by September. Once we have completed our visits we will summarise our findings and share these with you.

What will happen during the visit?

  • A Friendly Chat: Our team will visit your home to check in and talk about your experience as part of the LRHA community.
  • Gathering Feedback: Your thoughts on LRHA’s services are important to us—tell us what’s going well and what we can improve.
  • Comprehensive Guide to Safety & Support: You will receive a copy of LRHA’s detailed support guide.

How to prepare for the visit

  • Think about any feedback or concerns you’d like to share. No matter how big or small, they all matter.
  • Be ready to update your contact information and household details.
  • Consider discussing any welfare or safeguarding issues you’d like us to know about.
