Important: Laminate flooring is classed as part of the CONTENTS of the property, so any damage (however caused) is the responsibility of the tenant. It is advisable to check your own Contents Insurance Policy.

All electrical work must be carried out by a qualified NICEIC contractor at your expense, and on completion a NICEIC Completion Certificate must be forwarded to Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association. A CORGI registered gas fitter must carry out all gas work and on completion a CORGI Safety Certificate must be forwarded to Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association. Maintenance of any of the above will be your responsibility. If you fail to complete the work, or it is not to a satisfactory standard, Lincs Rural are empowered to complete the works and charge the cost to you. **Ceiling fan/lights are NOT permitted under any circumstances in a room, which contains any open fire, gas fire, gas appliance or any central heating boiler.
