Lincs Rural is proud to work in partnership with Lincolnshire Community Land Trust. LCLT is an independent ‘Community Interest Company’, working and a County wided umbrella organisation supporting the development of Community Land Trusts. It also operates across the East Midlands promoting sustainable communities through community ownership of affordable housing and local facilities.
LCLT offers a wide range of services to individuals, communities and organisations that are interested in Community Land Trusts. It will work with communities anywhere in the East Midlands that have vision, drive and ambition to set up a CLT and develop affordable homes.

A CLT is a not for profit organisation created to benefit the community by owning land and developing property.
Individuals who live or work in the area covered by the CLT have the opportunity to become members of the Trust who govern and manage the organisation.
