If you are a group offering your support, please ensure you have provided the following information in full, in order for us to register you and map your location:

•             The name and address and postcode of your group

•             The geographical area that you cover

•             How many volunteers are in your group

•             Your main contact and a deputy (including email addresses and phone numbers)
