We are recruiting people to join Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association’s Board of Management.
Board membership will require a commitment to attend around six Board meetings each year, normally on a Thursday morning.
We are a small friendly organisation that makes a big impact in the small rural communities throughout Lincolnshire and beyond. We are looking for people with a range of skills and experience who want to contribute to the Association’s work and make a difference by giving time to the community.
The positions are voluntary; however travel and other expenses including childcare are reimbursed.
We require people who have the capability to operate effectively at a strategic level and have the passion and commitment, particularly those with the following skills:
Accounting / Auditing / Treasury Management
Assurance, Risk and Performance Management
Legal / HR / People Management
Repairs / Maintenance / Development
Customer Services / Housing and Property Management
The Affordable Housing Sector
Business and Commercial Management
