Lincs Rural has a dedicated team that strive to make a difference for our tenants and rural communities. In March 2017 the team successfully achieved Investors in People Gold.

John D. Howes – Chief Executive & Secretary

Responsible for leading, shaping and developing the organisation, managing operational issues and ensuring that the strategic corporate objectives are translated from policy into practice. Ensuring the strong customer focus through highest quality services for tenants coupled with the highest standards of performance in financial management, probity and people management.

Michelle Turner – Head of Finance

Leadership of the financial team and undertaking the long term strategic planning that safeguards the Association’s assets. Managing the financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.

Andy Haime – Operations Manager

Provides support to the Chief Executive through the management of daily operational activities. Assists with the delivery of the corporate strategy objectives and ensuring a customer focused service is given to all tenants.

Samantha Jacklin – Chief Executive’s Personal Assistant

Assists the Board of Management and Chief Executive in governance and other strategic matters. Organises a busy annual governance programme for the Board of Management and Audit Committee.

Rochelle Cooper– Finance Officer

Provides the daily finance services such as rent payments and service charges for tenants. Assists the Head of Finance in all areas of finance activities.

Georgina Seidel – Repairs Officer

Responsible for the planning of responsive repairs and liaising with the Property Maintenance Service and all stakeholders.

Lee Hynes – Administration Officer

Provides the high quality customer service experience to all tenants and stakeholders that make contact with the Association via email, website or telephone each day.

Katie Taylor – Housing Officer

Has responsibility for all of the new lettings and managing the needs and enquiries of existing tenants. Providing support and advice on a range of matters including adaptations, safeguarding issues, rents, welfare benefits and household finances.

Bob Hunt – Multi Skilled Tradesman

Undertakes a wide range of responsive repairs including plumbing and tiling to the 400 properties along with the installation of fitted kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard.

David Long – Multi Skilled Tradesman

Undertakes a wide range of responsive repairs including plumbing and plastering to the 400 properties along with the installation of fitted kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard.

Marji Seidel - Finance Officer
