Lesley Robinson (Chairman)

Retired solicitor (Partner) who specialised in Housing. Additional experience in voluntary work, as a Board Member for the Lincoln and District Citizens Advice Bureau and a Community Panel Member for the Youth Justice Service.

 

John Howes (Chief Executive)

Chief Executive of the Association since 2001.

John Emerson

Retired Local Authority Senior Officer as a Project Manager in construction design, maintenance, improvement and development.

Andrew Cotton ( Deputy Chairman)

Andrew is an experienced senior housing professional who has lived in rural Lincolnshire for over 12 years. As a local authority Head of Housing, he is accountable for the strategic priorities and plans for a 4,800 home landlord with over 200 employees, ensuring intelligence-led customer service, achievement of plans and targets and delivering a comprehensive range of services to meet identified needs and aspirations. Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Jean Pearce

Jean is a retired civil servant who is passionate about social justice and human rights. She currently works part time in Administration and  represents clients in tribunal cases. She also volunteers as a listener with the Samaritans. As a Board Member she has a special interest in all things that affect tenants and staff members of Lincs Rural.

Bob Culliford

Retired MD of a commercial property developer and former manager of a construction company.

Robert Anderson

An Audit Partner at Streets LLP, working on internal and external audits.

John Land

Recently retired from a career in banking, where he was responsible in his last role as Branch Manager for Handelsbanken for all lending, customer service, staff development and performance.

Michael Bann

Having just completed a BA (Hons) degree course in Business Studies, Michael is now continuing his studies at Lincoln University by working towards his Masters in Governance.
