Previously Dean of Business and Law at the University of Lincoln; member of the University Council of Bishop Grosseteste University, Lincoln.

 

Rachael Perry

Solicitor (Partner), previous housing association employee as Senior Governance Manager, with experience in performance monitoring, development, corporate governance and stock rationalisation.

John Howes (Chief Executive)

Chief Executive of the Association since 2001.

John Emerson

Retired Local Authority Senior Officer as a Project Manager in construction design, maintenance, improvement and development.

Alan Hayward

Previous career in the education sector. A Teacher Governor and involved in Lincolnshire National Union of Teachers. Experienced in finance, health and safety, personnel and insurance.

Peter Jordan OBE

Retired MD of large commercial organisation. Previously Chairman of NHS and other trusts, a Local Councillor, Mayor of Boston and School Governor.

Anne McCann

Public sector auditor and accountant with commercial and public sector, executive and non-executive strategic governance experience.

Charles Pilbeam

Retired Senior Manager in a large housing group with responsibility for internal audit, performance management and company secretarial matters.  Former Principal Auditor in three local authorities.

Andrew Cotton

Head of Housing, providing strategic and operational direction for a local authority’s landlord, new build programme, housing options and community safety functions.

Lesley Robinson (Deputy Chairman)

Retired solicitor (Partner) who specialised in Housing. Additional experience in voluntary work, as a Board Member for the Lincoln and District Citizens Advice Bureau and a Community Panel Member for the Youth Justice Service.

Jean Barnett

Retired civil servant and Tenant Representative. Previous Audit Committee member. Experienced in welfare rights and tribunal representation. Passionate about equality and social justice.

Bob Culliford

Retired MD of a commercial property developer and former manager of a construction company.

Mick Veasey (Independent Audit Committee Member)

Tenant with Lincs Rural for over 18 years and the present Tenant Representative for Willoughby and Alford. Experience in management and voluntary work.

Xenia Stredwick (Independent Audit Committee Member)

Qualified auditor with experience as an Audit Manager, Senior Computer Auditor and an Auditor for the Royal British Legion.
